Customer Satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have 14 days from the day of purchase to email us.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have proof of purchase.
We are unable to accept returns for products that have been personalised.
Once we receive your item(s), your return will then be inspected and as long as it meets the returns requirements we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the costs of returns and advise you to obtain proof of postage or use recorded delivery as can not refund products that have been damaged or lost during transit. Shipping costs are non refundable.
